CAN WE DISCLOSE YOUR PROTECTED HEALTH INFORMATION?

Neither 90210 Recovery nor any of its partners or subsidiaries can disclose details regarding your protected health information to any third party unless prior consent or power of attorney has been provided. This includes situations of illness, required hospitalization, or if you become a threat to yourself or others. We would encourage you to name a power of attorney for these instances if you with to have your records released to any third party. No exceptions will be made to this. 

CALIFORNIA ONLINE PRIVACY PROTECTION ACT COMPLIANCE

Because we value your privacy we have taken the necessary precautions to be in compliance with the California Online Privacy Protection Act. We therefore will not distribute your personal information to outside parties without your consent.

The California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA) requires 90210 Recovery to disclose how it responds to Do Not Track signals set in a user’s browser. We support Do Not Track browser settings.
